Romain Eude, fractional CTO

Romain Eude — Fractional CTO

5x CTO · 2x Founder · Exit Founder · 25+ years

Romain Eude is a fractional CTO who gives founders senior technology leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive. Over 25+ years he has been a CTO five times and a founder twice, and as CEO of Utelly — a media-tech and content-discovery business — he led the company to a successful exit. He is based in Hilversum, the Netherlands, and works bilingually in English and French.

That mix of founder, CEO, and repeat-CTO experience is what he brings to each engagement: he has sat in the seat, carried the accountability, and made the calls on architecture, hiring, and technical due diligence that determine whether a company scales or stalls.

What I do now

Today I work as a fractional CTO through 941 Consulting, embedding with founding teams one to two days a week to set technology strategy, de-risk architecture and hiring, and prepare for fundraising and due diligence.
